Gentlemen: Keepin' track without a scorecard is becoming difficult for me, I know that we haven't grown sufficiently yet to secure a permanent female participant, but that is our next milestone. For now, these are our primary participants who I have identified, and I know that there are many that I have missed, and some that I have mistaken. So all, please provide updates, clarifications and corrections as my inadequacies may dictate.

Thanks for the list Gil. While we don't have a regular female poster yet, we have had some females who have posted a few times on the board, including one of our new members - Ruth, who sent me a scan of a beautiful early baseball picture she has with original frame and was wondering who the player was.
The forum keeps growing slowly and more and more people are starting to participate, which is GREAT! I believe these people have found out they won't be attacked for posting, as with other forums, and are realizing this is a friendly little board. I really love the small, close-knit feeling of the board and we have had some great posts and threads lately, which is always nice.
BTW Gil, with all the new members lately, you are now one of us old-timers on the board!

Well Scott, with a young board it is easier to become an old timer, but in reality I haven't yet been here for six months.
But then again, I guess that you haven't celebrated your 1st year anniversary yet.

Gil...I hope you don't mind that i edited your post to add Greenmonster66 which is Neal K. from florida.
He visits once in a while and i talk to him often, great Redsox and Patriots fan so i know he is a great guy!!!!
Neal---please post more!!! I know he is looking for W555 cards so if anyone has them for sale contact him.

Gil you are correct. Also, with frequent posters, one tends to think they have been around a lot longer than they actually have. I know, for years, I thought Jay posted on the old Full Count board, but he never began posting until Elliot started the Net 54 forum.

Mark: It is intended as your post, that is, if you will maintain it. There is no way that I have as good a handle on everyone who posts here as the moderators do. Heck, I probably left Scott, Jay, Lee, you and myself off of it.

Actually Mark, the one year anniversary contest is going on now - the guessing ends midnight Nov. 29th (and Jay and Lee will begin buying and making money for the winner(s)!).
For those of you who have not yet guessed or want to change your guess, please be certain to check out the current contest - it is the FIRST post under the section entitled "Hobby News". I will lock the thread midnight of the 28th and we will create a new thread to follow Jay and Lee in their buying/selling for the six months after the contest begins (after midnight Nov. 28th). So, if you have not yet guessed or checked out the contest, it would be in your best interest to do so, as the winner(s) (ones who guess Lee's and Jay's total profits for six months buying/selling cards) will receive HALF of their profits!!!!!! As astute as Jay and Lee are, the winner(s) could end up with several hundred dollars each!

The contest should be super fun to follow all the way through May 28th! I cannot participate, but cannot wait to follow Jay and Lee and see how well they do.
